Matthew and Caroline Owsley-Brown previously owned and ran the well-known and loved seafood restaurant, Fishes, in Burnham Market. They have recently bought a smallholding which they grow vegetables, and also raise livestock, they are quite the food professionals!
Furthermore, they are foodie travellers, and are constantly picking up brand new and unique recipes, so that they always have a unique style and something extra to bring to the table.
